I´ve made it my mission to visualize science to make it memorable and more accessible.
After working as a scientist for a few years, I needed a change in trajectory. Which brought me to combine my background in science with my deep passion for arts. Based on my experience in the scientific field, in most cases scientific work is not presented well. Even when talking to other scientists from an adjacent field we scientist sometimes struggle to communicate our work.Hi there, I´m Janine, a biologist and illustrator based at the Baltic Sea.
This is where my services come to play. I offer workshops for you to learn how to get around illustrator (basic workshop) or to learn how you can visualize your science (advanced workshop). For businesses who want to bring their science communication to the next level I offer content creation encompassing scientific illustration and communication.
